Who is J & M Window Cleaning?
J & M Window Cleaning was founded in early 2024 by owners Nico Joslin, Ryan McFarland, and their respective spouses Lindsey Joslin and Shanice Bailey. Nico and Ryan met through work and grew to become fast friends. In the lighthearted nature that friendship brings the two began to share their aspirations with one another, one of which was owning their own business. Much like the majority of society, these aspirations were just that for some time, dreams. Until one day, the two came together and decided it was time to make a change. Fast forward to the present, Nico and Ryan have invested countless hours in building on their dream and bringing it to fruition. With expert knowledge and over 10 years of experience in window cleaning, Nico and Ryan are confident in their abilities, prideful in their work, and ready to answer any questions you may have!

The water system we use actually demineralizes the water for a spot free dry, so no squeege is necessary.
Typically, we would start upstairs inside and work our way down and then finish outside to complete the exterior.
For the most part, we serve anywhere in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, but we are not opposed to traveling outside those state lines, but some accommodations may be necessary.
With your permission and liability waiver, we would be glad to add that service for an additional cost.
Yes, for an additional cost, we have a hard water stain removal chemical that we can put on the windows. After sitting for 15 minutes, it can easily be removed using our waterfed pole system for a brand new look!
